Before you submit your event, please check that it is not already listed on the website.

Please submit your event as early as possible. Submitting your listing as far in advance as possible gives your event greater exposure over a longer time on our website and through search engines. Ideally, new event listings should be submitted a minimum of 14 days before the event.

All submitted event listings are reviewed by our Digital Editors for accuracy and relevance, and we do not guarantee that your listings will be published. We’ll refund your listing fees (less any refund or bank charges) if your event is not approved for listing.

We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards. We also support transactions in a range of currencies.

Regrettably, for now, you cannot edit an event listing. To make changes to your event listing, please use the ‘+ Issue with this listing’ button at the very bottom of the listing, and complete the form that pops up.

Occasionally, an event is submitted from a variety of sources such as the venue, organiser, performers, promoters or agencies. Where an event has input from multiple sources, our Digital Editors will curate the best possible event listing from the different sources to avoid duplicates. In such cases, the published event listing may look different from what you have submitted.

Please note that we have a house style and editorial guidelines that our Digital Editors apply to every event listing - to help maintain a consistent look and feel across the website.

Not every part of the form needs to be completed. The parts that are required are clearly indicated. You will not be able to submit the event if you do not complete a required part of the form.

Please ensure that you have the photos and images to accompany your event listing. You can upload your photos and images directly. You can tell us about the images (captions) or whom to credit.

If you have a large number of events to submit (we’re talking 50+ events), please contact us to discuss a more optimal solution (such as structured files, JSON or XML) and pricing. You can contact us

We offer free event listing to community-interest events - these are events organised to benefit the community, with little or no commercial consideration. The event must be for members of the community to attend, with no significant commercial sponsorships. The event can be supported by the local council, local bodies and local businesses.
