The book contains thirty recipes that are quick and easy to make, but with a twist. The recipes are high in vitamins and minerals that provide benefits such as supporting the brain and nervous system and helping to prevent depression, anxiety and more.

For example; using sunflower seeds and almonds can be beneficial to our brain health by releasing folic acid and magnesium. If we are to eat so much ‘modern food’, like the processed kind or high sugar refined carbs, then we are not able to realise such benefits.

This Wellbeing Thing by Rosalia Barresi is based on the premise that we can be in control of this lifestyle choice if we only know what to do and what to eat. It is so important that we are aware of what we are eating and doing to our bodies.
