About Blenheim Palace Food Festival 2021
As we all navigate our way through the current situation and what will happen in the coming months, Fantastic Food Festivals have come to the conclusion that to ensure they are able to put on really successful Food Festival, they should move their event and focus on holding the next Blenheim Palace Food Festival over the Bank Holiday Weekend on 29 to 31 May 2021.
2019's event saw over 22,000 visitors come to taste and buy gifts from 130 regional food producers and drink experts, including artisan bakers, craft brewers, gourmet burgers, international cuisine, traditional ice creams, and handmade sweets, and to meet celebrated chefs.
This year’s festival will feature more demonstrations, more local producers and more tastings than ever before, with a fantastic range of food, drink, and activities for the whole family to enjoy.
Visitor number is expected to be closer to 26,000 visitors, with around 140 local and specialist food & drink producers showcasing their wares in and around Blenheim Palace’s Pleasure Gardens.
The Festival Kitchen will have a packed programme of free events for visitors where they will be able to enjoy cookery demos, talks, drinks tasting and beer and wine pairings, and also the opportunity to meet some of the country’s top celebrity chefs and producers.
In 2019, the Blenheim Palace Food Festival saw the launch of ‘Natures Pantry’, a specialist area hosted within the Pleasure Gardens consisting of 20 Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Organic producers. This was also the year of the ‘The Last Straw’, where all stallholders were asked not use any plastic straws.
