See Stonor House decorated for Christmas by the Stonor Family. We welcome you to experience a Candle Lit Christmas at Stonor Park where, walking from room to room, you can imagine the many family members and friends who would have celebrated this festive season here through the centuries.
For A Candlelit Christmas, Stonor will have been made ready for a wonderful Christmas candlelit evening party with open fires roaring, candles just lit and a magnificent 20ft Victorian decorated Christmas Tree in the Gothic Hall laden with sparkling decorations gathered from the family’s travels around the world.

Explore Stonor House in your own time, beautifully decorated for a Candlelit Christmas. Room Stewards will enrich your visit by telling you all about Stonor, one of the oldest stately homes in Britain that that has been lived in by the same family for over 850 years. They will explain how the house has been decorated by the Stonor Family and the Stonor Park Estate Team with greenery from the medieval deer park, as well as answer all your questions about Stonor House and its fascinating history.
Saturdays and Sundays (30 November, and 01, 07, 08, 14 and 15 December)
House entry from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Tickets can be bought in advance or on the day)
A delicious seasonal fare will be served in the Stonor Pantry and the Gift Shop will be overflowing with goodies for all the family.
The Stonor Pantry will be open for festive lunches, afternoon teas and light suppers from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm

- Book tickets for Christmas at Stonor Park 2019 online in advance to receive a 10% discount (advance tickets must be purchased before midnight the day before your visit).
- Group bookings can be arranged for during the day, but also in the evening for a very special Candle Lit tour throughout this period. Please contact the venue for information or to make a group booking.
- These are special events and accordingly, HHA and 2-for-1 offers do not apply.
