Christmas at Stonor Park
Stonor Park will be open again this year for its special Christmas opening. The house will be beautifully decorated for Christmas, just as it is for the Stonor family each year and this years theme is Star of Wonder. A star-dusted extravaganza, there will be a vision of stars cascading from the ceilings and twinkling from room to room.
In addition for the first time on Wednesday 28th November 2018 at 6.30pm, Stonor Park will hold an evening Candlelit Tour through Stonor House after dark where visitors will be able to see many of the rooms in the house by candlelight and twinkling stars. Your ticket includes a glass of prosecco or mulled wine and a mince pie, and the chance to see inside Stonor House after dark. The fires will be roaring and the house will be beautifully lit as you walk around.
Delicious Christmas food and drinks will be available at the Stonor Pantry, the café in the 13th century Hall, including festive turkey pies, shortbread, mince pies and mulled wine. Plus the gift shop will be overflowing with goodies for all the family.
