Christmas Door Wreath & Candle Arrangement Workshops at Waterperry Gardens

Once again, we are thrilled to have The Flower Shop running two Christmas floristry workshops at Waterperry Gardens. Why not come along and learn how to create your own Christmas door wreath which can also be used as a candle arrangement for your dining table on Christmas Day!

Waterperry is a fantastic place to come at any time of year, but at Christmas it really is wonderful. So once the workshop has finished, you can indulge in a freshly made lunch or refreshments in the tea room as well as visiting the shop, gallery and gift barn for that special present. Also if you book into our 9th December workshop, you can enjoy the festive delights of the Waterperry Christmas Market! And of course, the gardens themselves are beautiful and well worth visiting, even in winter

Both workshops start at 10 a.m. and finish at approximately 1 p.m., on Sunday 2nd (a quieter day with no Christmas market but still lots of eating and shopping opportunities!) & Sunday 9th December. (Waterperry Christmas Market Day with lots going on!) You will be provided with all the tools you need, your wreath ring, ribbon, chunky candle and some basic foliages and decorations. We encourage participants to bring along any interesting foliages from their gardens or extra accessories such as baubles, feathers, cones etc. This ensures that everyone’s door wreath is as beautiful as it can be and of course different from everyone elses!

We also welcome well behaved children to the class If accompanied by a full paying adult. Your child can either help you with your creation or we can offer them their own mini wreath and candle so they can make their own. Please bear in mind that your child would need to be able to concentrate and focus for the duration of the class so please think carefully before bringing them, a bored child can often spoil the enjoyment of a willing adult!

Prices for each class will be £45 per person. Materials for the mini wreaths will cost £15 per child. Payment will be required in full on booking.
