The Family Forest School at Harcourt Arboretum is a practical course is designed especially for people aged 6+.

It’s a time for outdoor adventures and wild discovery where families can take part in hands-on, playful learning experiences in a beautiful woodland setting.

Try your hand at den-building, forest skills and fun craft activities whilst discovering more about the animals, plants and trees around you.

Good to know

• All ages are welcome.
• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Siblings under 1-year-old are free of charge.
• The Arboretum, just a 15-minute drive from Oxford in Nuneham Courtenay, is a beautiful setting in which to do practical courses.
