Henley Festival 2020 is a boutique cultural experience which takes place over five days in July 2020, celebrating the best of international and UK music, art, food and comedy at a quintessentially British location.

Henley Festival is an exclusive boutique black-tie festival which takes place over five days celebrating the best of UK and International music and arts. The festival is a truly unique event. It embraces a vibrant programme from pop to world music, classical to jazz where art and gastronomy share equal billing with music.

The organisers are as passionate about making a difference, as they are creating the best ingredients for the festival year on year – as a team – striving to merge great music, food, comedy and art into unique experiences that create unforgettable memories for their guests, sponsors and partners.

Supporting young local emerging talent and local charities is something they’re all proud to be a part of, because their community helps define them and helps shape what they do with the festival and their charities every year.

They believe that anyone who comes into contact with the festival is important, be it a member of our team, a performing artist, a guest, or someone that benefits from the support of any of our chosen charities. They never lose touch with the reason why they set the festival up in the first place – to give others, the support and opportunity to feel special too.

Dress code

The Henley Festival has a dress code of Black Tie. Everyone is encouraged to get dressed to the nines – think dinner jackets, evening trousers and bow ties for men, long or short evening wear for ladies, sequins and sparkle.

Getting there

By train

The nearest train station is Henley-on-Thames, which has links to London (approx. 1 hour) and Reading (approx. 20 minutes). The festival is situated just over Henley Bridge and the walk from the station to the Festival entrance should take less than 10 minutes.

By car

CAR PARK A, VIP, PATRONS & DISABLED PARKING

If you are travelling from the M4/A404 onto the A4130, follow signs to Henley Festival / Music Festival 2019. Continue down White Hill and turn right at Leander Way. From there you will be directed by parking attendants where to park.

If you are travelling from Reading, Marlow or Oxford come into Henley town centre and follow signs to Henley Festival / Music Festival 2019. Go over Henley Bridge and turn left into Leander Way. From there you will be directed by parking attendants where to park.

CAR PARK B & ON THE DAY CASH SALES

If you are travelling from the M4/A404 onto the A4130, follow signs to Henley Festival / Music Festival 2019. Take the first main right (signposted Car Park B) after the petrol station onto Remenham Church Lane and follow signs to Car Park B.

If you are travelling from Reading, Marlow or Oxford come into Henley town centre and follow signs to Henley Festival, Music Festival 2019. Go over Henley Bridge and continue straight up White Hill. Turn left (signposted Car Park B) onto Remenham Church Lane and follow the signs to Car Park B.

Good to know

• There’s so much to experience at the Festival it’s worth being ready to go when the gates open at 6:00 pm.
• Wristbands will be given out at the Festival gates upon presentation of a valid ticket.
• There is no Black Tie dress code for our ‘Family Sunday’ children’s event.

Accessibility

If you require full-time assistance, your Family Member/Friend/Personal Assistant is entitled to a FREE ticket for the Henley Festival and you may both use the Accessible Facilities. These tickets are offered on the understanding that you would be unable to attend Henley Festival without the active support of another person, ensuring that you do not have to face additional costs in meeting your access needs.
