Join author Joseph Elliott as he discusses what led him to writing, the inspiration behind his books and how he juggles life as an actor and author.

Joseph Elliott is the award-winning author of the Shadow Skye trilogy – the first fantasy series for children to feature a protagonist with Down’s syndrome.

He is also an actor, well-known for his work in children’s television, including the BAFTA-winning CBeebies show, Swashbuckle.

Join Joseph as he discusses what led him to writing, the inspiration behind his books and how he juggles life as an actor and author.

Joseph will also be reading his short story Bag For Life as featured in the critically-acclaimed Book of Hopes.

A fun and inspiring hour which will include plenty of time for questions at the end.

This author event will take place in The Woodshed at The Story Museum.

Age guidance: Suitable for ages 9+.
