About the Imposter Syndrome Seminar with Natalie Davis

In the spirit of celebrating International Women’s Day, Oxford Metro Bank will be hosting a seminar organised by Oxfordshire Women’s Forum, titled Imposter Syndrome Seminar with Natalie Davis.

The seminar will focus on imposter syndrome – experienced by more than 75% in the workplace – understanding the different ways that it can manifest itself in everyday life and sharing tools to combat it. The event will take place on Tuesday 15 March at 6.00pm in Metro Bank’s Queen Street store.

The guest speaker is Natalie Davis, founder of The Wellbeing Generation.

Oxfordshire Women’s Forum is a well-established networking group for all women living and/or working in Oxfordshire. It offers dynamic networking opportunities through an annual series of social and learning events.

“As a community bank, we’re happy to be hosting an event aimed at empowering women,” said Emily Romans, Oxford Metro Bank’s local business manager. “This seminar will help women just like me to be able to identify and understand imposter syndrome, and how to tackle it both in the workplace and our day-to-day lives.”
