About Saturday Evening Comedy at The Glee Club, Oxford

Treat yourself to a Saturday evening of award-winning comedy at The Glee Club in Oxford with four superb stand-up comedians that will keep you laughing until Monday.

This weekend:

Garrett Millerick
Garrett Millerick is an acclaimed stand-up comedian, writer and director. He is an increasing force to be reckoned with on the UK Circuit, and in the few short years since debuting in new act competitions, he has established a reputation as one of the stand-out live acts of his generation.

Babatunde Aléshé
Join the award-winning star of Celebrity Gogglebox, Babatunde Aléshé, as he talks about family and fatherhood in this highly anticipated debut tour. With Nigerian heritage but married to a Jamaican, he’s become known for authentically drawing comedy from experiences, which perfectly reflect the richness of modern-day life in all its diversity.

Kevin Mccarthy
Kevin Mccarthy has been a comedian for a long while. But only in the late eighties did he make it his career. His career has covered the gambit of the comedy world- from South America, North America, the Caribbean, and Europe to The Middle East and even Afghanistan. He has entertained all-comers…. kids, troops, Hells Angels; audiences from 10 to 45,000.

Annie Boyle
Annie quickly gained recognition by exploding onto the scene as a RAW Comedy State finalist. She has performed to sold-out audiences at numerous festivals, including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Adelaide Fringe Festival. Most recently, she was invited to join Sydney Comedy Festival’s prestigious FRESH program with her debut solo show, You’re Joking, which played at The Enmore Laneway.
