Travel through time with three days of this popular holiday skills-building workshops for ages 8-12. Make new friends whilst honing your story skills with inspiring Story Leaders. With plenty of dressing up, games, role play and craft along the way.
The Time Machine
Tuesday 22 February, 10.00am to 4.00pm
Retell HG Wells’ classic story The Time Machine using dressing-up, props and costumes. Then visit some stories from the past and change the course of history.
Time Travel: Back to the Future
Wednesday 23 February, 10.00am to 4.00pm
What will the earth look like in the future? What powers and creatures will control it, and how will we live? Come and create your own sci-fi stories.
Time Travel: Alternative Dimensions
Thursday 24 February, 10.00am to 4.00pm
Travel through portals to alternative realities, taking inspiration from the fantasy lands in the Enchanted Library to create new stories.
