Set in the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside, in a 15th-century manor, Raymond Blanc’s Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons is a contemporary classic hotel with individually-designed suites and a two Michelin-starred restaurant.

About your hosts

Jonathan is an internationally celebrated floral designer based in Derbyshire.

After leaving university, he decided to pursue his love of flowers and plants; he’s never looked back since. He has worked as a professional florist for over 27 years and has become renowned as one of the UK’s leading floral designers.

Teaching is a passion for Jonathan, and he shares his extensive knowledge in a warm and friendly way, ensuring students of all ages and abilities feel confident and empowered to create amazing floral designs. Once you have mastered some basic rules, Jonathan will encourage you to develop your own style, sharing design ideas and techniques to create both traditional and contemporary arrangements.

Jane Means started her Gift Wrapping company in 1995 and is now a specialist and advisor for many brands, including Dior, Jo Malone, Carolina Herrera, Aqua di Parma and Harrods. She has trained staff at Fortnum and Mason, Harrods, Dior, Viktor and Rolf, Fenwick, Crabtree and Evelyn and the Royal Household.

The company has a London based gift wrapping team with clients including Chanel, Tory Birch, American Express, Classic FM, Le Manoir aux quat Saisons, Selfridges, The Kuwait Embassy, Scania and Victoria Beckham.

Jane has appeared live in the windows of Liberty and regularly appears on TV and radio. She runs courses throughout the UK and Singapore which are often sold out.
