DESCRIPTION:Family Cushion Concerts\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Family Cushion Concerts\n\n\n\nFun and interactive family concerts \n\n\n\nThe Jacqueline du Pré Music Building hosts its much-loved monthly Family Cushion Concerts\, a relaxed and welcoming introduction to live music designed especially for children and their families. \n\n\n\nThese fun and interactive sessions explore a variety of musical styles and instruments\, giving young audiences the chance to experience music up close in an informal\, engaging setting. Each concert is carefully shaped to spark curiosity\, encourage participation\, and build confidence in listening and responding to live performance. \n\n\n\nThis season\, audiences can look forward to an expanded programme with more concerts than ever before. We are also delighted to welcome back acclaimed soprano Becca Marriott\, who will once again lead the series with her warmth\, energy\, and captivating vocal storytelling. \n\n\n\nChildren are encouraged to get involved—sing along\, clap\, dance\, and immerse themselves fully in the experience.
