SUMMARY:The Good\, The Bad & The Rugby: Lock-In Live
DESCRIPTION:The Good\, The Bad & The Rugby: Lock-In Live\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout The Good\, The Bad & The Rugby: Lock-In Live\n\n\n\nWe’re on the road again – in part because our wives want us out of the house and Hask needs the cash right now. But mainly for the laughs. As the three legs of a bar stool\, going on tour is one non-stop laugh. \n\n\n\nOn our kit list includes big egos\, Mike Leadfoot’s driving\, motorway sandwiches\, back stage arguments\, Travel Lodge soaps\, World Class moaning\, and the most underwhelming riders in the history of live entertainment – proudly sponsored by Jaffa cakes. \n\n\n\nBut we promise if you buy a ticket\, come show time\, we’ll be ‘tits and teeth’ as they say in the industry. There will be Lions and World Cup debriefs\, stories of our weirdest\, darkest\, greatest\, and most unforgettable days\, and those who have entertained\, frightened\, stunned\, and broken us during a combined 60 years in the game. \n\n\n\nThe best nights out involve a Lock In. This is no different. \n\n\n\nSee you there! \n\n\n\nUnless Mike loses his driving license yet again. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTickets\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease see important booking information below. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBooking information\n\n\n\nTicket prices: \n\n\n\nFrom £43.77 \n\n\n\nTickets are subject to a transaction fee of £3.95 \n\n\n\nDates & times: \n\n\n\nSunday 02 November 2025 at 8.00pm \n\n\n\nRunning time: \n\n\n\nThis show has an interval \n\n\n\nAge guidance: \n\n\n\n16+ \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout New Theatre Oxford\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\nThere has been a theatre on George Street for almost 170 years. SUMMARY:Carlos Acosta's Nutcracker in Havana
DESCRIPTION:Carlos Acosta’s Nutcracker in Havana\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Carlos Acosta’s Nutcracker in Havana\n\n\n\nA Cuban take on the favourite festive classic\, Carlos Acosta’s brand-new production Nutcracker in Havana explodes onto the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre stage\, featuring new choreography by Carlos Acosta CBE performed by more than 20 dancers from his Cuban company\, Acosta Danza. \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n Carlos Acosta’s Nutcracker in Havana\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSet to an exuberant Cuban newly commissioned version of the magnificent Tchaikovsky score\, arranged by Cuban composer Pepe Gavilondo\, the timeless story is brought to life with ballet at its core\, enriched with Acosta Danza’s unique style and with Cuban dance traditions beautifully woven throughout the much-loved and joyful family tale. \n\n\n\nJoin Clara in her humble home in Havana\, getting ready to celebrate Christmas with her family. The beer cans are on the tree and Cuba is suitably hot. When Clara is gifted a Nutcracker doll\, she embarks on the journey of a lifetime to defeat the Rat King and into the world of the Sugar Plum Fairy\, accompanied by her Nutcracker Prince. \n\n\n\nWith spectacular video projection and set design by Nina Dunn (9to5 Musical\, Bonnie and Clyde\, BRB’s Don Quixote)\, Cuba collides with the Land of Sweets\, bringing snow to Havana. With lighting by Andrew Exeter (Oti Mabuse: I Am Here\, The Full Monty UK Tour\, Johannes Radebe: House of JoJo) and costumes by Angelo Alberto (costume designer for Goyo Montero’s ‘Imponderable’ and Raul Reinoso’s ‘Satori’ with Acosta Danza)\, Nutcracker in Havana is a visually stunning\, spectacular treat for all. \n\n\n\nFor dance fans around the globe\, Carlos is an international superstar of the classical ballet world. Born in Havana and trained at the National School of Ballet in Cuba\, he went on to dance professionally with the world’s most prestigious companies\, with London’s Royal Ballet becoming his home. Having tackled huge titles throughout his career\, from Carmen to Don Quixote\, Nutcracker in Havana is an opportunity for Acosta to fuse this festive treat with a little Havana heat. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWatch the trailer\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTickets\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease see important booking information below. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBooking information\n\n\n\nTicket prices: \n\n\n\nFrom £24.00 \n\n\n\nTickets are subject to a transaction fee of £3.95 \n\n\n\nDates & times: \n\n\n\nFriday 31 October to Saturday 01 November 2025 \n\n\n\nFriday and Saturday at 7.30pm\, \n\n\n\nSaturday at 2.30pm \n\n\n\nRunning time: \n\n\n\n1 hour 52 minutes\, including an interval \n\n\n\nLocation: \n\n\n\nMain Auditorium \n\n\n\nAge guidance: \n\n\n\n8+ \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Aylesbury Waterside Theatre\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\nAylesbury Waterside Theatre is a stunning modern venue at the heart of Buckinghamshire’s cultural scene. \n\n\n\nOpened in 2010\, its striking wooden interior takes inspiration from the rolling Chiltern Hills\, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. SUMMARY:Sh!t-faced Shakespeare – Hamlet
DESCRIPTION:Sh!t-faced Shakespeare – Hamlet\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Sh!t-faced Shakespeare – Hamlet\n\n\n\nSh!t-faced Shakespeare have toured the world\, broken America\, established themselves on London’s West End\, won numerous awards\, and survived a zero-star review in The Times. In 2025\, they will be celebrating 15 years on the wagon with one of the Bard’s most popular tragedies\, Hamlet. \n\n\n\nFeaturing a cast of professional Shakespearean actors\, this unique production takes an unpredictable twist each night as one performer is chosen to be deliberately intoxicated for up to four hours before showtime. The rest of the cast must then navigate the play\, improvising their way through the unpredictable chaos that springs from their inebriated colleague’s booze-fuelled antics. \n\n\n\nSh!t-faced Shakespeare are excited to once again drunkenly stomp all over the greatest dramatic work ever committed to page in the English language: the story of a privileged whiny lad who goes a bit bonkers and does some stabbings. \n\n\n\n“How the hell did they make it to 15 years?!” we hear you cry.
