Let the folks at Wood Brothers distillery will take you through the secrets of their field to glass approach in a tour of their family-run distillery before giving you the chance to put that knowledge to the test in our Gin School!
After mixing up a drink for you in the bar, they’ll teach you how to nose and select your own unique blend of botanicals to suit your taste. You’ll then distil your blend in their miniature copper pot stills, creating a personalised gin, named and bottled up on the day for you to take home.
