Truth and Dances tells three short stories of young queer identity. The play moves through the parallel lives of Marshall, Will and Hal as they struggle with gender expression and dysfunctional relationships.
The new writing of N.F. K’s “Portraits” is arresting and expressive, voicing both the complexity and the immediacy of internal crisis – the experimental dialogue of Truth And Dances is the sound of love and identity fighting to articulate itself.
