Beethoven Sonata No. 31 in A flat major, Op. 110

Beethoven Sonata No. 32 in C major, Op. 111

Víkingur Ólafsson piano

Join Vikingur Ólafsson, ‘the new superstar of classical piano’ (The Telegraph), as he returns to the Oxford Piano Festival bringing a fresh take on Beethoven’s final three piano sonatas. Nos 30 to 32 are thought by many to be a glimpse into Beethoven’s turbulent mind on the road to his encroaching deafness.

Experience the composer’s timeless genius and emotional breadth, reimagined through the lens of one of today’s most visionary pianists.
