The Dung Beatles
23 May 2025 @ 7.30pm

About The Dung Beatles
Renowned Beatles rock band playing an eclectic, high-energy show.
From dozens of chart-topping hits through classic, rarely played live album tracks, The Dung Beatles blend authentic arrangements and top-drawer musicianship with high-energy performances.

To quote David Stopps (founder of the legendary Friars Club in Aylesbury) The Dung Beatles is “one of the best Beatles bands in the world”. The band has played hundreds of gigs, from theatres to festivals to clubs (including The Cavern in Liverpool), and they’ve been regular guests and live performers on BBC radio.
The band has established quite a following over the years with many regulars coming time and again to their shows, among them hard-core Beatles fans who expect top-notch Beatles music. They play the big hits of course, from She Loves You to Strawberry Fields Forever, and also the more rarely played songs from the albums, from the early period such as A Hard Day’s Night, through Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band to The White Album and Abbey Road.
The Beatles Years & Beyond show includes songs from every year the Beatles were together, from the high energy early years through psychedelia to their later melodic rock style, and added to that, some of the songs they put out as individual artists in the ‘70s. Played over 2 one-hour sets, the atmosphere will be one of jubilant celebration of the Fab Four’s iconic song catalogue.
