About Florence Nightingale Presents School of Rock
Join us for an electrifying production that’s not only packed with high-energy music and unforgettable performances but also supports a truly inspiring cause.
Don’t miss this spectacular opportunity to see 110 incredible young performers light up the stage in both a matinee and an evening performance.
Since launching our On Stage productions in 2022, this incredible project has raised over £200,000 for Florence Nightingale Hospice. More than just fundraising, these shows bring our community together—uniting performers, volunteers, and audiences to create something truly special in support of local hospice care.
Based on the hit film, this hilarious musical follows Dewey Finn, a failed, wannabe rock star who decides to earn a few extra bucks by posing as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school. There he turns a class of straight-A students into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind-blowing rock band. While teaching these pint-sized prodigies what it means to truly rock, Dewey falls for the school’s beautiful, but uptight headmistress, helping her rediscover the wild child within.
