About A Christmas Carol

Celebrating their 10th year delighting UK audiences with this unique and highly acclaimed production, Dickens Theatre Company arrives at Norman Bragg Studio, Aylesbury.

With the rest of the acting cast stuck on a train, the great Charles Dickens himself—aided by his faithful tour manager George Dolby—takes on the daunting challenge of portraying not just Ebenezer Scrooge, but over 30 characters in this classic festive tale.

Surely it can’t be done?

Dickens Theatre Company presents A Christmas Carol as part of their Revision on Tour programme, staging exciting theatre adaptations of classic texts for both students and lovers of literature alike.

Directed by Joe Harmston

Music by Paul Higgs

Adapted by Ryan Philpott
