The Feathers in Woodstock is putting collaboration at the centre of its latest dining venture, launching a new Four Hands supper club series at its Michelin Guide-listed restaurant, The Nest.
The series will see Head Chef Luke Rawicki invite a different guest chef into the kitchen for each edition, creating menus that bring together their individual cooking styles and culinary influences for a single evening.
The first Four Hands dinner takes place on Wednesday 30 September 2026, with Marc Petit, Head Chef at Oxford’s No.1 Ship Street, joining Rawicki for the inaugural collaboration.
The menu brings together dishes from both chefs, including Petit’s Oyster & Olive, Duck Trilogy and Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin Wellington, alongside Rawicki’s Lobster Raviolo, Black Bomber and Meadowsweet Custard Tart.
Petit’s Duck Trilogy features comb honey breast, 15-day cured duck ham, chocolate liver truffle gingerbread crostini and poached blackberries, while his pork tenderloin Wellington is served with braised heritage baby carrots and cultured Marmite butter.
Rawicki’s Lobster Raviolo comes with shellfish bisque, fennel and grapefruit, followed by Black Bomber with bara brith and spiced pear and a Meadowsweet Custard Tart with blackberry and apple. The evening concludes with petit fours created by both chefs.
The dinner costs £125 per person, including four paired wines.
For Rawicki, the appeal of the series lies in bringing together chefs with different approaches to food and giving them the freedom to create something specifically for the occasion.
His first guest, Petit, brings a classical French influence shaped by modern culinary techniques, while Rawicki’s cooking focuses on seasonal British produce, ingredient-led dishes and live-fire cooking.
Rawicki joined The Feathers in 2024, having previously worked in kitchens including Slaughters Manor House in the Cotswolds and Michelin-starred Lucknam Park. Since his arrival, The Nest has joined the Michelin Guide.
Petit leads the kitchen at No.1 Ship Street in Oxford, which has held AA Rosette recognition since 2018.
The Four Hands series is intended to continue beyond the launch dinner, with further guest chefs and dates to be announced.
