Creating your listing
Before you submit your listed, please check that you are not already listed in the directory.
All submitted listings are reviewed by our Digital Editors for accuracy and relevance, and we do not guarantee that your listings will be published. We’ll refund your listing fees (less any refund or bank charges) if your event is not approved for listing.
We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards. We also support transactions in a range of currencies.
Please note that we have a house style and editorial guidelines that our Digital Editors apply to every directory listing – to help ensure a consistent look and feel across the website.
Not every part of the form needs to be completed. The parts that are required are clearly indicated. You will not be able to submit the event if you do not complete a required part of the form.
Please ensure that you have the photos and images to accompany your event listing. You can upload your photos and images directly. You can tell us about the images (captions) or whom to credit.
Subscriptions are annual and renew annually. Features and support are provided only for the duration of an active subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime, but it will not take effect until the anniversary of the subscription.
Managing your listing
Regrettably, for now, you cannot edit a directory listing directly. To make changes to your directory listing, please use the ‘+ Issue with this listing’ button at the very bottom of the listing page, and complete the form that pops up.
Other useful information
We offer free directory listing to community-interest organisations – these are organisations set up to benefit the community, with little or no commercial consideration. The organisation must not have any significant commercial sponsorships, but can be supported by the local council, local bodies and local businesses. Please contact us to check if your organisation qualifies for a free listing.
