Browse news and stories about OxTrail – the fun and free art trail in 2024 where herds of life-sized and mini oxen will be taking over Oxfordshire for the summer. OxTrail is raising funds for Sobell House, your local hospice. It is completely free to take part in the trail and suitable for all ages. OxTrail is being held in partnership with Wild in Art, who have helped cities like Manchester, Sydney, Cape Town, and São Paulo famously bring their streets to life with art installations.
Several Oxfordshire schools have signed up to be the first designers of some of the Oxen herds that will appear around Oxfordshire next year as part of the widely anticipated giant art sculpture event, OxTrail.
Oxford Bus Company, Oxford City Football Club, Blenheim Palace, Darcica and Bidwells are among the businesses supporting the ‘ox-traordinary’ sculpture trail by Sobell House Hospice.
