Connect with nature at Earth Trust farm this autumn as you pick your own pumpkins directly from the growing field and explore the enormous maize maze!

There’ll be a variety of delicious pumpkin and squash varieties to choose from and plenty of harvesting fun for all ages.

• Pick your perfect pumpkin and source your favourite squash directly from the soil it grew in.
• Take on the MEGA maize maze – will you reach the centre and find your way out?!
• Little ones can join us in the storytelling teepee with seasonal stories and harvesttime tales.
• Delve into the hidden world of soil and sustainable food production with hands-on science experiments and testing tables in our Earth Lab ‘Discovery Zone’.
• Follow the scarecrow trail around the farm and take in the breathtaking hilltop views.

There’ll be local suppliers on hand with tasty hot snacks, drinks, traybakes and treats, plus ‘Pumpkin Smores’ (spiced pumpkin puree on a biscuit base, topped with firepit-toasted gooey marshmallows) to enjoy in our relaxing gardens.

With a host of extra activities, this year’s Pumpkin Patch is set to be bigger and better than ever!

Booking information

Dates:
Sundays 13, 20, 27 and Monday 28 to Thursday 31 October
Due to popular demand, the event will be open on Sunday, 13 and 20 October, as well as over the half-term week from 27 to 31 October

Times:
10.00am to 1.00pm and 1.00pm to 4.00pm (session open times, but you’re welcome to stay as long as you like).

Tickets:
£3.00 per person in advance (plus a booking fee), under 3s free.
£5.00 per person if purchased at the gate.
Tickets include entry to the pumpkin patch, maize maze and free craft activities at Earth Trust Centre. Pumpkins are to be purchased separately.

Parking:
Free parking is available in the field, with disabled parking spaces at the Earth Trust Centre car park.

Age guidance:
Suitable for everyone.

• It is a short walk from the car park to the field along a farm track.
• Toilets and refreshments are available at the Earth Trust Centre.
