Sad Book
28 March 2025 @ 7.30pm

About Sad Book
Adapted from Michael Rosen’s award-winning book, Sad Book is a visually inventive, moving story of navigating complex emotions amid everyday life.
In this personal story of loss, a father explores the disconnection between what we feel, and what we show, and the different ways we deal with sadness.
Sad Book makes the personal universal, retelling the story through dance, and animation with original music.
Developed by 201 and choreographer Andrea Walker, Sad Book is the third production from this dance company described as “a talent to watch” by The Evening Standard.
Directed and choreographed by: Andrea Walker
