ESP Solicitors, a leading employment law firm and employee relations technology business located in Abingdon, has expanded its legal team by hiring three accomplished solicitors as the firm continues to grow.

Raff Hussain is joining the firm to further enhance its immigration expertise, signifying significant growth in the immigration department.

With a wealth of relevant experience, Raff’s specialisms include assisting businesses with obtaining sponsorship licenses, recruiting migrant workers, and navigating the complexities of skilled worker applications.

Charlotte Ashton, Head of Immigration, commented, “We are thrilled to welcome Raff to our team.

“His specialist experience will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success and growth in this area. We look forward to a bright future, expanding our capabilities and providing timely, specialist services to our clients.”

Katharine Sherratt qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and joins from a large public sector organisation where she spent the last 12 years working as an in-house solicitor.

She will provide pragmatic and strategic advice tailored to clients’ business needs, covering areas including redundancy, TUPE, and discrimination.

Daniel Rawcliffe is a new associate with a robust background in employment law, having spent 15 years in legal roles across multiple firms.

His ability to deliver exceptional legal services across a huge range of sectors will further enhance esphr’s capabilities in complex employment law matters.

Nina Robinson, Partner at ESP Solicitors, said: “Our increase in headcount through quality senior recruitment underscores our commitment to strategic growth.

“We are dedicated to developing our team to reflect the evolving employment law landscape, ensuring we offer personalised employment law advice for each client aligned to their commercial needs.

“Employers are facing significant legislative changes and challenges over the next few years, and employment-related claims are predicted to rise sharply.

“ESP Solicitors will be poised to support a long-standing and loyal client base and positioned to extend those services to new clients through ambitious growth achieved by expanding the team’s capabilities, together with ongoing focus on market-leading ER case management technology.

“We aim to cement our role as a trusted partner to HR professionals and support businesses with a pragmatic and highly responsive advice service.”
