Hampton Court Palace Festival has announced that the iconic Nile Rodgers & Chic will join its 2026 programme, performing on Wednesday 17 June in the historic surroundings of the Tudor palace.

They join an already star-studded line-up featuring Sophie Ellis-Bextor, David Gray, synth-pop pioneers OMD and the ever-popular Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics.

Tickets go on pre-sale from Thursday 04 December, with general sale opening Friday 05 December via the festival website.

After a sell-out appearance in 2024, Nile Rodgers & Chic return for another unforgettable live set. The globally acclaimed musician, known for hits including Le Freak and Good Times, has helped sell more than 750 million albums through his collaborations as a songwriter, producer, arranger and guitarist.

The 2026 festival will also welcome Sophie Ellis-Bextor, BRIT-nominated David Gray, OMD and Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics, offering an exciting programme of diverse performances.

Throughout the event, audiences can explore Hampton Court Palace after hours, enjoying the stunning East Front Gardens before each evening concert in the atmospheric Base Court.

Festival-goers can elevate their night with a pre-ordered luxury picnic hamper available ahead of each performance.

Now celebrating its 31st year, Hampton Court Palace Festival remains one of summer’s standout cultural events.

Produced in partnership with Historic Royal Palaces, the independent charity that cares for the palace, the festival offers a rare chance to see major artists in an intimate 3,000-capacity venue. Additional artist announcements are expected.
