Clear and calm: 1930s Oxford villa by Rogue Designs

Clear and calm: 1930s Oxford villa by Rogue Designs.

Calm, considered and quietly luxurious, this beautifully peaceful home was designed for a client with a sense of adventure and an eye for timeless contemporary design. Every detail has been carefully curated to create a space that feels both refined and deeply personal, balancing warmth, texture and understated sophistication throughout.

The interiors bring together statement lighting from David Weeks Studio alongside pieces by FontanaArte, Catellani & Smith and Ilide. A striking inset stove with a black steel frame sits above a floating glass hearth, complemented by lime-washed floorboards and bespoke floor-to-ceiling bookshelves that bring both character and calm to the living space. Furnishings from Vitra and MDF Italia complete the project, adding clean lines and contemporary elegance to this thoughtfully composed interior.
