About First Presbyterian Church of Charlotte Sanctuary Choir
The Sanctuary Choir of First Presbyterian Church, Charlotte, NC, is the flagship ensemble of the church’s music ministry. It leads the congregation in song each Sunday during worship, offering music that reflects the depth of faith and the joy of the church community.
Rooted in a tradition of excellence and guided by a shared calling, the choir seeks to glorify God and share the love of Christ through every note it sings.
Its repertoire spans a wide range of styles, featuring sacred works from across the centuries, with the aim of enriching the worship experience for all who attend. More than a choir, it is a close-knit community described as a family.
