Following his “An Evening with Alfie Boe” performance at the Royal Albert Hall in October 2020, celebrating 20 years in entertainment, the much-loved tenor, Alfie Boe, has announced a nationwide UK tour for autumn 2023, including a date at New Theatre Oxford.
Alfie Boe has always strived to bring good music to different audiences. He has conquered the world’s most prestigious opera stages and has entertained fans around the globe. He stole the show at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Concert at Buckingham Palace and has led the cast of Les Misérables – which received a Grammy nomination for ‘Best Musical Theatre Album’ and three sold-out solo UK tours.
Alfie is a platinum, multi-million-selling recording artist, with four top ten solo albums and three number one albums as part of ‘Ball & Boe’ alongside Michael Ball – the last one being 2020’s Together At Christmas, which was followed by a sold-out UK and Ireland arena tour in December 2021 and a Summer Festival tour in 2022. The duo have just released their latest current album Together In Vegas.
Last year Alfie appeared on The BBC Series Freeze The Fear with Wim Hoff and made a special guest appearance on Love Island. He debuted ‘Showstoppers’ – his first headline performance show in Las Vegas, where he’s also just announced his next performance for 08 April 2023.
He played a sold-out headline show at The Royal Albert Hall and will be headlining 3 shows in Tokyo in February 2023. Alfie is currently in the studio writing and recording new music…watch this space.

There has been a theatre on George Street for almost 170 years. The first theatre was built in 1836, and a second in 1886. In 1934, the third New Theatre opened.
The theatre has been owned by several different companies and undergone several name changes. It is now owned by the Ambassador Theatre Group and hosts everything from ballet and opera to musicals.
On performance days, the Box Office opens at noon and closes 15 minutes after the show starts. If there is a performance on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, Box Office will open 2 hours before the show begins and close 15 minutes after the show starts.
There is a large air-conditioned bar with seating located below the Stalls Foyer, two further bars in the Circle Foyer and an additional one at the back of the balcony. All stocked with an array of drinks and snacks.
