About Barb Jungr and Dillie Keane: Two Turtle Doves

Join two of international cabaret’s grandest dames, Dillie Keane and Barb Jungr, as they jump giblets first into the festive season.

In 2021, these two giants joined forces for the first time ever to perform side-by-side and proved that this is an evening not to be mistletoed.

Featuring songs by Tom Waits, Ray Davies, John Legend and a hilarious take on The Twelve Days of Christmas, among many more, this is not your standard Christmas fare. You will want second helpings of this pudding for sure.

Dillie Keane is known worldwide as a founding member of the legendary Fascinating Aïda and has played in pretty much every theatre in the country and far beyond. Barb Jungr is known worldwide for her work on Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen’s songs, and as a radical interpreter of the New American Songbook.

A brilliant festive night out full of glorious harmonies, musicality, emotion, and fun!

About The Theatre Chipping Norton

The Theatre Chipping Norton, sometimes called The Theatre, Chipping Norton or Chipping Norton Theatre, is a theatre, an arthouse cinema, a gallery and a concert hall in Chipping Norton.

The theatre has has 217 seats, including stalls and a balcony. It is a resource for the community, and it is also a professional venue, welcoming over 55,000 customer visits every year.

It is something unique, but it is also different things to different people. It is the cause and subject of many arguments and debates; and a fair amount of acclaim and affection. It is complicated and a little eccentric.

It is not a little theatre. It likes to make a big noise.
