14 February 2024 All day

Dine in a Cell at Oxford Castle & Prison this Valentine’s Day
For one night only, enjoy the ultimate atmospheric date night at Oxford Castle & Prison and spend the evening locked up with a loved one with a 3-course meal and prosecco in one of the cells.
Choose from 6 unique locations in the historic building, from authentic Georgian prison cells to the wood and barred environs of Debtors Tower.
Or for a truly spectacular setting, the 900-year-old Norman crypt – site of the earliest learning in Oxford. Or why not choose the cell of notorious society prisoner Mary Blandy? (Just don’t ask why she was in there…)
Each cell is exclusively yours for the duration of the booking, and staff will be on hand to serve you your meal while you serve your sentence. Plus, enjoy a complimentary bottle of prosecco on the house.
Choose from a 6.30pm or 8.30pm sitting, with prices starting from £160 per couple.
