About Landscape Painting in Acrylics
Join award-winning artist and tutor Peter Keegan as he returns to the Norman Bragg Studio to transform it into a working studio and offers a new and exciting range of art classes suitable for all abilities.
Off the back of Peter’s Artist in Residency at the theatre between 2019-2022, where he produced 13 incredible paintings inspired by the life behind the scenes at the theatre (paintings can be viewed along the theatre promenade towards the Norman Bragg Studio) he will be running his popular classes giving you an insight into the practice of an artist.
During this fascinating and enjoyable workshop, you will produce three – yes three! – landscape paintings, all inspired by the Buckinghamshire landscape. From rolling Chiltern hills to flowered meadows, this painting workshop will teach you some of the best practices of getting the most out of acrylic painting whilst learning the best step-by-step methods for painting.
Suitable for all abilities (even the complete novice!) and all painting materials are provided, just bring along some paint brushes.
