In 2025 Milo Edwards found a box of old letters in the back of his late Mother’s wardrobe. Catamaran is a show about his parents and the letters they wrote and the 1980s, in which Milo asks what remains of a human life, what’s torn out, what happens if that life was surprisingly horny…and whatever happened to Jim Lock’s catamaran?

Milo is currently performing his fourth consecutive tour in the UK and is set to tour Ireland and Europe in 2026, along with his third run at Melbourne International Comedy Festival and fifth full run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
Milo has written for the most recent series of The News Quiz (BBC R4), appeared this month as Guest Correspondent on The Naked Week (BBC R4) and on Times Radio with Geoff Norcott, has previously written for Mock The Week (BBC2), Hello America (Quibi), Breaking The News (BBC Scotland) and The News Quiz (BBC R4) and his writing has also appeared in Private Eye and The New Statesman.
He is a host of popular political comedy podcasts Glue Factory with Olga Koch and Riley Quinn, nominated for Best Podcast at the 2025 Chortle Awards with 10,000 listeners; and host of Trashfuture, which has around 50,000 listeners and has featured guests such as Rob Delaney, Mark Watson, Owen Jones, Franz Ferdinand (not the archduke) and Josie Long.
Milo has performed sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe at Monkey Barrel Comedy Club, including a sell-out, limited run in 2025 of this very show. His accolades include Best Comedy Show Nominee at Newcastle Fringe, Scotsgay Comedy Award Winner, LCF Best Show Nominee 2023 & 24, NextUp Biggest Award in Comedy Nominee, (Ish) Comedy Awards Best Show Long List.
