About Printmakers Council: Green and Pleasant Land
Founded in 1965, the Printmakers Council aims to promote the art of printmaking and the work of contemporary printmakers nationally.
Green and Pleasant Land is a show featuring work from their members that thoroughly explores the versatility of mark making and the potential for exploring the artists ideas, using all manner of printmaking techniques.
Within this comprehensive theme, the artists will show their individual interpretations of the contemporary British environment and landscape. The exhibition will include all manner of subject matter including the figurative through to abstraction. This show is an exciting demonstration of the printmakers’ art.

About The North Wall Arts Centre

The North Wall Arts Centre is an an award-winning theatre, gallery and performing arts centre located in Summertown, North Oxford. The facility was opened in 2007, and offers a fully flexible 200-seat theatre, a public art gallery, as well as studios for dance and drama.
The centre is owned by St Edward’s School and shared with the city, and it was created for the benefit of emerging artists across a range of disciplines. The programme of events at The North Wall places emphasis on new and innovative work.
