Webbs Garden Centre, located at Millets Farm, will once again be hosting its Santa’s Grotto event from November through to Christmas Eve.

Santa needs you… Can you turn back time to save Christmas?!

There’s a merry muddle at the North Pole! Dr. Tinselstein — festive inventor and old friend of Santa — was just popping by for a catch-up when his Christmas Time Machine malfunctioned in the snow! Now the entire North Pole has been flung into different eras of Christmas, from the frosty past to the far-off future!

To get everything back on track, we need one thing: festive energy — laughter, kindness, singing, and fun!

They promise the 45-minute journey will be lots of fun, with festive singing, joy and laughter along the way, so please help make this Christmas the best one yet and join them at the North Pole. They simply cannot do it without you.

Your own photography can be taken everywhere except in Santa’s cabin where only professional photos are allowed.

They will endeavour to have an alternative Christmas-baked treat for any children with allergies. Please email them at wmfgrotto@webbs.co.uk with your booking reference number and allergy information.

Dates:
Saturday 15 November until Tuesday 24 December 2025

Times: 
Saturdays from 15 November to 20 December from 9.30am to 5.15pm
Sundays from 16 November to 21 December from 9.30am to 4.00pm
Weekdays from Monday 01 December to Friday 19 December from 9.00am to 5.15pm
Weekdays from Monday 16 December to Monday 23 December from 8.45am to 5.15pm
Christmas Eve, Sunday 24 December 9.30am to 3.30pm

Please ensure you turn up for your allocated slot no more than 5-10 minutes before. If you miss your time slot, there is no guarantee that you will get a new time as the grotto gets sold out.

Prices: 
1 Adult and 1 Child or Baby – £28.50
2 Adults and 2 Children – £53.50
2 Adults and 3 Children – £72.50
2 Adults and 4 Children – £94.50

Please note – A family ticket (above) must be chosen before adding additional adults or children. 

Additional adults, children or babies can not be purchased as stand-alone tickets.

Additional Adult – £6.00
Additional Child = £19.00
Babies (12 months and under) – £8.50 
(This is only for babies added as an addition to a family ticket.)

If you have just one baby and no other children, then please purchase a family ticket for 1 Adult and 1 Child otherwise, the system will not allocate a session.

Free carer tickets can be provided for each paying disabled visitor. Please call 01527 860000 to book any sessions with carers.

Tickets are allocated by child. So, for example, if there are 7 tickets showing, there are 7 child tickets to see Santa in that slot. If you have two children and only one ticket is showing – you’ll need to choose a different time. Any number of adults can be added on top of the child tickets.

The maximum number of children per booking is 7. If your group has more than 7 children, please book two separate slots. This is to ensure each child has plenty of time with Santa.

Duration:
This year’s experience lasts around 45 minutes.

Photography:
You can take photos everywhere except in Santa’s lounge, where only professional photos are allowed.

Accessibility:
The organisers will endeavour to have an alternative baked treat for any children who suffer from allergies. Please email them at wmfgrotto@webbs.co.uk with your booking reference number and allergy information.

Parking:
There is free parking on the site.

Food & drink:
Food and drinks can be bought in the on-site restaurant.
