About Summer Sounds at Templars Square – Live Music this August
Live music comes to the Upper Barr area of Templars Square this August, with a series of free Saturday sessions showcasing local voices and talent in collaboration with Master Rhythm.
Performances take place on:
- Saturday 16 August: Philip Goodman (12.45pm), Ady Davey (1.20pm), Osprey (2.05pm)
- Saturday 23 August: The Revelators (12.45pm), Mark Bosley (1.20pm), Laima Bite (2.05pm)
- Saturday 30 August: Storyteller (12.45pm), Franklin’s Folly (1.20pm), Matt Sewell (2.05pm), The Sweet Zombie Horse (2.50pm)
Visitors can also look out for food sampling on selected dates from local cafés and restaurants, including Beeyoutiful and Chama Cuisine.
Set in the pedestrianised Upper Barr area, the events are surrounded by independent shops, cafés, barbers and beauty salons – a lively spot to enjoy summer weekends.
Free to attend, no booking required.
