About the Woodstock Street Fair 2026
The traditional Woodstock Street Fair returns to the heart of the town this October, bringing fairground rides, attractions and the lively atmosphere of one of Oxfordshire’s best-known annual fairs.
For two days, the streets around Woodstock’s historic town centre are transformed as the fair arrives, with rides and attractions filling the Market Place and surrounding streets. It is a longstanding local tradition and a popular occasion for families and visitors to enjoy the town at its most animated.
The 2026 Woodstock Street Fair takes place from Monday 05 to Tuesday 06 October. Expect a line-up of classic fairground favourites including the Waltzer, Twist, Miami, Orbiter, Round Up and Big Wheel, alongside lots of rides and games for children.
Temporary road closures and parking restrictions will be in place around the town centre during the fair.
