About the Gin School at Wood Brothers Distillery
Ever fancied yourself a craft distiller at heart?
Let the folks at Wood Brothers distillery take you through the secrets of their field-to-glass approach in a tour of their family-run distillery before giving you the chance to put that knowledge to the test in our Gin School.
After mixing up a drink for you in the bar, they’ll teach you how to nose and select your own unique blend of botanicals to suit your taste.
You’ll then distil your blend in their miniature copper pot stills, creating a personalised gin, named and bottled up on the day for you to take home.

The experience takes place daily at the Cotswold Distillery in Stourton at 10.30am, 1.30pm and 3.00pm and must be pre-booked.

Get inspired with a gin-tasting session as you’re guided through the many different spices, botanicals and fruits used by distilleries all over the world.
Be the distiller, as you choose your own from over 100 botanicals at the school to flavour and re-distil your own 70cl bottle of gin.
You can even name your gin, personalise the label and wax the top.
