About Crumble Cottage
Quintessentially English range of beautiful greetings cards and giftware. All inspired by the book, ‘Christmas at Crumble Cottage’ by Stephen Yorke.
Crumble Cottage is a beautiful range of gifts, kitchen and homeware, in an original design featuring intricate black and white pen and ink illustrations by artist and writer, Stephen Yorke, and produced by small manufacturers across England.
Each work is lovingly drawn and inspired by the traditional values and natural landscape of the English countryside. The image starts with a pencil sketch before being finished in pen and ink. It’s all done by hand, and each takes about two weeks to complete.
The business is owned and run by husband and wife team – Stephen and Kym – who work closely together to create their range. Both are art-trained and spent 30 years as advertising creatives before they started Crumble Cottage in Oxfordshire.
