About Kylie Harvey Design
Creating workplaces that reflect brand identity, strengthen culture, and enhance employee experience.
Kylie Harvey Design is an independent, client-side workplace design practice specialising in the transformation of offices into high-performing environments that support collaboration, wellbeing, productivity, and long-term business growth.
Since establishing the practice in 2018, Kylie Harvey has developed a portfolio spanning high-end residential projects across Dorset, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, West Sussex, and Surrey. From 2020, the primary focus shifted towards commercial workplace design, combining creativity, functionality, and strategic thinking to shape environments that work for both people and business.
Recent commercial projects include the full refurbishment of the BRITA UK headquarters in Bicester and the design and reconfiguration of FCLG in Oxfordshire, alongside a range of workplace transformation projects across the region.
Kylie works closely with organisations to develop user-focused workplace strategies and interior solutions that align with brand identity, reinforce company culture, and enhance operational performance. Each project is approached with a clear understanding of how space influences behaviour, communication, and employee engagement.
By integrating thoughtful design with business objectives, Kylie creates environments that communicate company values, support collaborative working, and improve overall workplace experience. Acting as a strategic advocate for clients, she ensures design decisions are grounded in both user needs and organisational goals.

The design focused on inclusivity, sustainability, and user-led functionality, creating a cohesive environment that supports a range of working styles.
