
Bidwells has appointed Ross Kent as Group Partner and Head of Private Estates, Oxford, as the firm looks to expand its services for private landowners and rural businesses across the region.
In his new role, Ross will lead the Private Estates team in Oxford, advising clients on the long-term stewardship, resilience and strategic growth of their rural assets.
He will also play a central role in strengthening Bidwells’ Oxfordshire presence, driving growth across rural sales, acquisitions and land agency consultancy.
Ross brings more than 15 years’ experience in rural estate management, with specialist expertise in strategic estate planning, land and property management, and delivering tailored advice to both private and institutional landowners.
