Joining her in the touring company are Sandra Marvin as Becky, Evelyn Hoskins as Dawn, and Les Dennis as Joe. The principal cast also includes Dan Partridge as Dr Pomatter, Mark Anderson as Ogie, Mark Willshire as Earl and Dan O’Brien as Cal.

The wider company features Will Arundell, Yochabel Asante, Alice Croft, Jamie Doncaster, Daniel George-Wright, Will Hardy, Bayley Hart, Olivia Lallo, Emma Lucia, David Mairs-McKenzie and Ellie Ruiz Rodriguez.
Based on the 2007 film written by Adrienne Shelly, Waitress features music and lyrics by Sara Bareilles, with a book by Jessie Nelson. Direction is by Diane Paulus, while choreography is by Lorin Latarro.
The production marks 10 years since Waitress opened on Broadway at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on 24 April 2016, where it ran until 05 January 2020. Its West End opening followed at the Adelphi Theatre on 07 March 2019.
The musical tells the story of Jenna, a gifted pie maker in a small town who dreams of escaping her loveless marriage. As a baking contest and the arrival of a new doctor present unexpected possibilities, she begins to imagine a different future, supported by her fellow waitresses.
Celebrated for its themes of friendship, motherhood and resilience, the show has also toured internationally, with productions across North America, Japan, Holland, Canada and Mexico, and an Australian production planned for Melbourne and Sydney in spring 2026.
