Fortitude Communications has announced three new appointments as the award-winning Oxford-based PR and marketing agency continues its growth trajectory.

The agency has welcomed Andy Wilkins, Liam Rice and Lola Holland to its expanding team. Together, they will deliver PR, creative marketing, and digital communications services across Fortitude’s diverse portfolio of clients.

Andy Wilkins brings extensive experience in social media, digital content, video production and journalism. Before joining Fortitude, he served as Head of Social Media at the Carfulan Group, a Derby-based group of engineering and manufacturing companies.

His career also includes roles as Social Media Manager at Nottingham Forest Football Club and as a journalist with Newsquest.

Former journalist Liam Rice joins the agency following several years with the Oxford Mail, where he covered politics, education, and sport — with a particular focus on Oxford United. His background in local media provides a strong foundation for storytelling and client communications.

Lola Holland, who recently graduated with First Class Honours in Marketing (BA) from the University of the West of England, Bristol, brings fresh ideas and creativity to the team as she begins her professional career in communications.

Fortitude’s founder, Greig Box Turnbull, said the appointments represent a key investment in the agency’s growth and client services.

“This is a significant investment into our team and a big boost to our resource and overall offering for clients,” he said. “It adds experience and depth to our team and I’m pleased to welcome three highly talented people to Fortitude. They are already making a difference for clients and provide a strong platform for continued growth.”

Andy joins as an Account Manager, while Liam and Lola have taken on roles as Account Executives. All three are already involved in delivering strategic PR and creative marketing campaigns for clients across sectors including professional services, manufacturing, sport, hospitality and charity.

Fortitude Communications, based at ARC Oxford in Cowley, represents major clients such as Oxford Bus Company, Arena Racing Company, Welbeck Health Partners and Weinig. The agency’s services include PR, creative marketing, social media management, video production and copywriting.
