With Margarita Day on 22 February just around the corner, The Alchemist is putting a playful spin on the classic cocktail.
In a month-long celebration running from 22 February to 22 March, UK bars (including The Alchemist at Westgate Oxford) are serving up cinema-inspired Margaritas to coincide with the major film awards season.
Guests can sip on sweet or salty movie-night flavours, with two standout creations, both served in popcorn boxes for that extra theatrical flair:
- Cherry Blast – Patron Silver, Mouse Kingdom Dark Berries, Hip Pop Berries & Cherries, cherry, blood orange sherbet, and lime, topped with popcorn and pick & mix.
- Silver Screen Margarita – Patron Silver, Cointreau, salted popcorn syrup, lime, and Nogave, finished with Maldon-salted popcorn.
