Every Body Studio is a body positive and supportive yoga and movement studio offering something for everyone: complete beginners, experienced practitioners, pregnant people, kids and parents with babies.
Yoga studios and other wellness settings are often intimidating. But they are devoted to making a different kind of space – virtually and in-person. One that is rooted in inclusion, which embraces and encourages diverse practices, bodies and people.
All their teachers have undergone or are taking inclusion and diversity training. They aim to make their classes as accessible, their space as welcoming and their practice, whether it be yoga, barre, pilates or anything else, as fun as possible.
Whether it’s a dynamic vinyasa class or a calming restorative session that you need, the classes are straightforward and no-nonsense. The experienced teachers are friendly and open, and when you arrive – either online or in-person at the space in Oxford – you will feel welcomed.
Different options are offered throughout – classes for days when you might need to rest more or days when you prefer a challenge.
