About Wykham Theatre, Banbury
Wykham Theatre is a theatre and performance space with seating, stage, sound and lighting on the site of the Wykham Park Academy in Banbury.
The space is available for hire during out-of-school hours for community education and sporting use. It can be used theatre-style for dance, drama and music performances and as an open space to host other types of events and activities.
Wykham Park Academy in Banbury
Wykham Park Academy in Banbury is a co-educational academy school and part of the Aspirations Academy Trust. The Banbury Aspirations campus is a vibrant learning community with two very different schools on the site.
Formerly Banbury School, the school has been an academy since 2012, originally under the name of Banbury Academy. In September 2018, the school changed its name to Wykham Park Academy Banbury. The school has a sixth form that is considered the only local “Outstanding” sixth form provision.
Also on the site is the Futures Institute Banbury, a small school by design that aims to prepare students for a future in a technical and digital world through a curriculum that focuses on the Stem subjects: Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths.
