This October half term, there’s a cauldron full of Halloween fun at Cogges Manor Farm in Witney. Our Manor House will magically transform into the Witch’s House and this year the theme is Monstrous Movies.  

Take a journey through the house and step into the movies. From Frankenstein, Ghostbusters, ET, Harry Potter, Gremlins, Shrek and many more. Our Monsters will delight and entertain you and show you why they are the stars of the movies.  

There’s also fun Halloween craft activities (full details and times to be confirmed) and a Halloween Trail around the grounds.

You can also meet our animals in the farmyard at 10.00am and 2.00pm, burn off energy in the adventure playground and enjoy a light bite, a warm drink and a tasty treat in our Cogges Kitchen Café.

Ticketing information

Non-season ticket holders:
Adult – £16.00 / Child – £12.00 / Family – £56.00. Free for under 3s, but booking required.

A Family Ticket is for 2 adults and up to 3 children.

Season ticket holders:
£6.50 per person. Free for under 3s, but booking required.

Dates & times:
The Witch’s House is open from Wednesday, 22 October, to Sunday, 02 November. First entry is at 10.00am and last entry at 4.00pm.

Each time slot will allow up to 12 people to enter the house at a time, and your ticket includes entry to the farm for the day. 

Age guidance:

We recommend The Witch’s House is suitable for children over 3, with younger ages at the guardian’s discretion.

Warning:

The house is quite dark, with coloured lighting and special effects / sound effects; some areas are roped off due to electrical and mechanical props. There are steep stairs, upstairs is not accessible for wheelchairs, sorry.

Good to know 

• Tickets to the Cogges Witch’s House include day admission to Cogges. 
• Under 3s are admitted free, but please book tickets for them so the venue can manage numbers. 
• You may arrive anytime from 9.30am. 
• Please remember the timeslot you have booked and ideally make your way to the house for that time, although there may be a short wait. 
• The organisers are relaxed about timings so if you are late just be aware that 4.00pm is the last entry. 
• If you’d like to meet up with friends and go around together, this is fine, but be prepared to wait so the Witch can manage numbers and ensure you all have a great experience! 
• You will be sent a booking confirmation by email – please check your spam folder and be sure to quote the booking reference on arrival. 
• Note that the first floor of the Manor House is accessed via steep steps and may not be accessible to all.
• No dogs except assistance dogs.
