Wasabi began over 20 years ago when founder Mr Kim, a chef with years of experience across Asia, set up a humble stall in London’s Camden Market. His mission was simple: to serve high-quality sushi and flavour-packed hot meals made with tasty, authentic ingredients. That same passion continues today—now with restaurants across the UK and a loyal following that keeps growing.
